BryceTech is looking for a program support specialist that will provide human capital operational support for our federal government customers managing their external leadership development programs.
The candidate will be responsible for:
• The delivery and quality of all administrative processes (calls for nomination, acceptance/regret letters, submission packages, etc.).
• Acting as the primary point-of-contact for internal candidates and supporting external candidates through the selection process.
• Developing and implementing a selection process for identifying nominees.
• Preparing data analysis to inform the selection panel for their review (e.g. performance history, awards history, time in position).
• Working with the budget analyst to track program tuition expenditures.
• Work with program leads to identify and resolve ad hoc issues or special.
• Supporting program leads in developing recommendations regarding program and process enhancements.
• Assisting in the design, planning, and execution of an Agency Review Panel for external development programs.
• Coordinating project assessment activities, monthly reviews, and other activities as directed.
• Scheduling meetings with various stakeholders.
• Organizing records and files from numerous data calls; maintaining a tracking system of incoming requests, data calls, and outgoing correspondence.
• Creating and maintaining a tracking system for tasks, requests, and actions.
• Attending and participating in, stakeholder meetings, as appropriate. Document and follow-up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Creating and distributing communications to a variety of stakeholders.
• Maintain channel and file structure in SharePoint and/or MS Teams, provide MS Teams event support (breakout room management, participant list download, note taking, recording, etc.).
