About You
Price & Price is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate and probate law, capable of managing the probate process from start to finish. We’re looking for someone with a client-focused approach, excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive mindset. You should take initiative and anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage case files, maintaining accurate records of correspondence, court documents, and financial records.
  • Prepare, review, and file probate court documents, including estate openings, accountings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and other involved parties.
  • Organize financial records, asset information, and creditor claims.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions, government agencies, and other entities to facilitate asset transfers and distributions.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a trusts and estates paralegal or similar role (preferred)
  • Proven ability to independently manage probate tasks and cases from initiation to completion
  • Experience with timekeeping and accurately tracking billable hours
  • A solid understanding of probate law and estate administration processes (preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and deadline-driven skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
