Paralegal - Trusts & Estates

As a Trusts & Estates Paralegal at Price & Price, your primary responsibilities will include managing case files meticulously, preparing, reviewing, and filing probate court documents, and effectively communicating with clients and other parties involved. You’ll also be responsible for organizing financial records and coordinating with various entities to facilitate asset transfers.

To qualify for the Trusts & Estates Paralegal position at Price & Price, candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, a solid understanding of probate law and estate administration, and impressive organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is also required.
