Responsibilities:
As a HomeTeam Builder Customer Service Representative, you can expect to:

Provide exceptional customer service consistent with HomeTeam Pest Defense service standards
- Provide information to Home Builders/Supervisors/Vendors on our products and installations
-
Print and distribute service tickets and graphs for the HomeTeam Builder Technicians / Installers
-
Execute regional and corporate reports
-
Schedule builder services and resolve accounting questions
-
Collect and reconcile payments received from Home Builders
-
Maintaining good customer and builder relationships
-
Escalate to appropriate builder or customer inquiries to managers
-
Able to resolve customer inquiries timely and consistently
-
Communicate often with Field Managers and Office Personnel about ongoing projects and daily tasks

General knowledge of the company, treatment processes and types, entry level of understanding of the Taexx® system, pricing, and services available.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

Must have 1 year of previous customer service experience
-
Entry level customer service skill and technique
-
Basic / entry level understanding of computers
-
Entry level skill on use of company telephone features and how to use them
-
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
-
Must successfully pass background and drug screening
