Marketing Director, Demand Gen (Hybrid)

Buildxact is a tech company looking for a Marketing Director to lead the Demand Gen team in developing and implementing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-growth SaaS businesses and managing digital marketing channels.

Skills

Experience in demand generation leadership within SaaS businesses
Knowledge of paid channel management (SEM, Paid Social, PPC)
Familiarity with non-paid channels (SEO, CRO, Social community)
Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, Salesforce, SEMRush, etc.

Responsibilities

Develop global strategy across demand gen channels and website optimization
Mentor and manage demand gen marketers and agency partners
Manage marketing budget and planning
Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Data teams to improve channel attribution
Continuous review and improvement of company websites
Develop organic and paid social media strategy
Scale and diversify paid channels
Own SEO strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Optimize marketing lead conversion rates
Provide data-driven insights to improve user acquisition
Build out testing framework to improve channel performance
Drive OKRs for Demand Gen team
