Problem scoping: You work closely with colleagues across departments and jointly identify the root cause for issues and improvement areas along bunch’s business processes.
Prioritize effectively & find lean solutions: You leverage every source of information (data, user feedback, relevant stakeholders) to conceptualize lean and impactful solutions that generate the most business value.
Build solutions using our low-code setup: Master our low-code setup (Make.com, Retool) to quickly deliver tailored solutions and help us to further build out our data & automation platform & processes.
Effective stakeholder communication: You effectively collaborate with business stakeholders as well as your co-workers helping you during implementation (Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts).
To excel as a member of the Data & Automation team, you should combine business acumen and tech skills to solve challenging problems effectively.
You are a student or recent graduate in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar programs and have demonstrated exceptional performance in the past, as shown by your extracurricular activities, work experience, or academic record.
You have gained experience in a high-paced environment where you demonstrated exceptional performance. Early-stage startup (Pre-seed to Series A) or VC/PE experience is a plus.
You’re confident in at least 1 programming language (Javascript and Python are most relevant) and modelling of relational database schemas and have seen what it takes to efficiently ship features.
You are a self-starter who’s excited about finance, private markets and investing, eager to understand the mechanisms and operations behind it.
You are an absolute team player, entrepreneurial, and work independently.
You are fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
