ABOUT THE POSITION 

IT Systems Administrator at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

This role goes beyond technical support—you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure, which is critical to the success of our fast-growing brand in the fashion and lifestyle sector. In an ever-evolving and dynamic environment, you will face new challenges that require adaptability, precision, and a forward-thinking mindset.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Manage IT hardware procurement, inventory, and asset tracking.

- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on computers and printers.

- Oversee server and network infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

- Coordinate with vendors for IT setup and equipment deployment in new locations.

- Develop secure, separate networks for production and administrative use.

- Collaborate on infrastructure projects, setting clear goals and tasks.

- Implement network security measures, including firewalls and risk management.

- Document network configurations to meet compliance and industry standards.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience as an IT Systems Administrator in a dynamic setting.

- Strong grasp of IT procedures, security principles, and network management.

- Proven skills in network design, server setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

- Excellent communication, proactive mindset, and fluency in English.

- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

SALARY: 2500-3200 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
