About the Role
Strategic research & analysis – providing data-basis insights and recommendations to facilitate strategic business decisions
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of H&W market trends domestically and overseas to generate knowledge and insights that drive new business and shape for H&W products
- Screen and analyze the strategic moves from peers to determine future market access trends and identify opportunities that valued to business
- Lead the in-depth research on specific topics and lead the H&W business analysis, to provide insights and recommend the solutions to strengthen the competitive edge
- Identify government and industry policies and legal regulations, analyze the potential risks and propose corresponding solutions to address the governing points; prepare relevant governance materials, guidelines, and documents to support regulator’s requirements
- Support the management team on H&W general strategy design, management reports generation, and new strategic projects
- Take lead of key projects to ensure alignment on common objectives, effective problem solving and delivery within timeline and budget
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University graduate with 10+ years of working experience in business analysis & planning or consulting
- Sufficient health industrial knowledge
- Prior working experience in consulting firm or healthcare/life insurance company of HQ level will be a plus
- Strong in project management with excellent strategic thinking and planning capability
- Good execution, excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Strong PC office skill, especially in PPT and Excel Fluent (spoken and written) in English and Chinese
