Business Analyst (Loan and Securities Lending) TX

We are looking for a Business Analyst with Securities Lending experience for a Full Time/W2/1099/CTH/C2C position hybrid in New York or Dallas, TX to join our team at Globant.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

If you are a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst and Securities Lending, we want to meet you!

YOU’LL GET THE CHANCE TO:

Work with senior management and investment professionals in all sectors, presenting the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of our business
Conceptualize, prepare, and execute large scale projects
Perform financial and strategic analysis
Record, capture, and understand data around our discretionary investment processes and use this data to reach conclusions on ways to improve business performance
Design technology tools to improve the firm’s investment and management processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with all stakeholders (e.g. Portfolio managers, analysts, and Firm management)

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:

7+ years of professional experience working in Finance, Capital Markets
Securities backed lending & margin lending is a must
Loans Origination, underwriting, documentation, Loan IQ
Facilities creation, collateral monitoring, Loan servicing
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
The ability to synthesize information quickly in order to provide an independent and objective viewpoint, propose appropriate solutions, and drive meaningful change
The touch and gravitas to engage with influence stakeholders
High level of ownership with ability to determine how best to add value, rather than focusing narrowly on delegated responsibilities
Organization and project management skills and experience.
