As our Business Analyst and reporting to the Manager, Information system & Security, you will develop and align processes with business applications at Clarius Mobile Health; you will define, clarify, evolve, and document systems and process requirements; you will work with stakeholders to validate requirements through documenting, validating, and analysing the overall workflow and alignment between systems, technologies, and stakeholders.

You will

• Document and analyze processes and gather requirements to support, prioritize and align business case development and requests, and perform current state assessments and gap analysis on initiatives
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand project structures, policies, workflows, requirements, and operations to identify, model and document business, process, and data requirements
• Advise on project risks, identifying risk mitigation strategies and opportunities
• Recommend solutions to achieve goals and outcomes
• Support testing, the development of implementation materials, and process definition & design
• Translate technical issues and architectural complexities to assist project stakeholders in understanding the issues and risks
• Work with the project stakeholders to test and validate requirements and analysis models by various methods such as design and validation sessions, reviews, walkthroughs

You bring

• Formal education in Business Analysis/Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Analyst in an industry business environment
• Experience in troubleshooting for web-based business solutions, e.g. ERP, CRM, and E-commerce
• Good hands-on technical experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS as well as SaaS tools
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and 3rd party system integration
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational, project management skills and a self-motivated approach
