Business Analyst, Relationship Management

The IT Business Analyst Specialist will join the North American IT organization and manage projects and capital budgets for associated sites. The individual will operate successfully within a matrix organization. They will demonstrate mastery of a particular technology at associated sites. They will mentor Associate, Staff and Senior level associates as needed to accelerate their ability to deliver expected performance. Not only that, but they will provide service delivery across all areas.

The role reports to the Senior IT manager for North America Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently delivers projects on time and on budget
• Consistently meets Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Completes a successful Green Belt project
• Meets site budget goals
• Provides excellent customer support, internal and external, tracking customer experience and operations excellence data

Requirements:

• University degree in IT and/or 8 - 10 years of experience
• Project Management experience: Detailed understanding and work experience with systems implementation methodologies and best practice standards and/or certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Hands-on ERP experience with manufacturing, purchasing/planning, order management preferred.
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
• Analytical problem-solving ability
• Budgeting experience
