The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Applications Administrator to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our business applications, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. You will be a go-to SME that works closely with our internal teams to identify their needs and make sure they have the tools necessary to perform their jobs effectively. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues that arise, as well as ensuring our business systems up-to-date and secure.

What You'll Do

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization's business applications, including but not limited to ERP, CRM, HRIS, and Finance systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvement across business functions.
  • Provide ongoing support for end-users, including technical assistance, system configuration, and user training.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address issues to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals and business stakeholders to design, implement and maintain effective backup and disaster recovery plans for business applications.
  • Work with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure that systems are integrated and working as expected.
  • Participate in software testing, evaluation, and selection activities to ensure that the organization uses the most effective and efficient business applications.
  • Maintain and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights for business applications.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies related to business applications and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Document key system changes per internal change control and system governance policies

  • Ability to identify issues and proactively develop solutions.
  • Experience with software configuration, and troubleshooting

  • Strong desire to understand how systems are used from the perspective of a variety of end user types.
  • Desire to build a working knowledge of business processes spanning multiple departments that interact with Ulteig CRM and ERP software solutions.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

What We Expect from You

  • 3+ years of experience in software application administration, preferably in a large organization
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
  • Prior experience administering enterprise software such as UKG Pro, Dynamics CE, Dynamics F&O, and Workday Adaptive Planning, MS Project Online, and resource management software
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and database management systems
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery procedures for software applications
  • Able to establish priorities based on best interest of the business, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Compensation Range is Generally +/- 15% of Position Mid-Point is $87,700*
