A bit about this role:

As the Business Applications Manager, NetSuite, you will work with the technology and finance teams to identify areas of highest impact across the Finance Department and unify systems between organizations. You should feel at home working with teams of technical and nontechnical stakeholders and helping bridge that gap as needed. This role will be the primary system support for the corporate Finance Department and provide project management, consultation, analysis, testing and implementation support for Finance projects including upgrades, enhancements, and integration with broader company systems, processes, and controls.

Devoted is growing rapidly and that growth has made it necessary to reevaluate many of the existing systems and processes and in most cases, this means starting from a blank slate to build for the best long-term solution in the context of operating as a large-cap public company. Devoted uses NetSuite as its core financial system. A key part of the role will be maintaining/enhancing the current implementation as well as the roll out of additional functionality as needed along with the associated integration with existing and new systems, processes, and controls more broadly in the company.

We’re looking for candidates with a deep knowledge of core NetSuite functionality (security, business process, reporting, etc.) as well as experience integrating NetSuite with other systems. While NetSuite will be a large part of the responsibility for this role, the ability to quickly learn and understand other applications will also be important to successfully support a quickly evolving stakeholder base.

Salary range: $165,000 - $175,000 per year
