Business Customer Support

Our Business Customer Support associates are the voice of Metronet to our business customers. This is an in-bound call center position where you will be answering questions related to billing issues and/or general questions regarding our business services. This is a position that is customer service focused where it is necessarily to retain information and follow up with customers when needed. A successful candidate would have that customer service mindset as well as have strong verbal communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, high volume call center environment.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products and reports problem areas.
  • Utilizes various systems and tools to assist and service customers.
  • Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
  • Make recommendations according to customer’s needs.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.
  • Solid problem-solving skills for the purpose of determining and solving customer billing issues and service effecting issues.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate Degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years related experience
  • Must be able to multitasking and have strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to showcase your Customer Service, Initiative and Problem Solving competencies
