Business Development Executive, RPA, and AI

Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow our RPA and AI business. Your primary responsibilities will focus on lead generation, developing strong business relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to acquire and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the RPA and AI markets.
• Develop and generate high-potential leads through discovery calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and other relevant channels.
• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads.
• Develop and maintain solid business relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all levels.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in RPA and AI

Preferred Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales
• Strong understanding of the RPA and AI markets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of success in closing deals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in the use of CRM software (HubSpot)
• Experience with social media marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
