Business Development Leader - Executive Coaching COE

BTS’ Executive Coaching Center of Excellence is searching for a business development leader to build new client partnerships and support and deepen existing client relationships.

Building on this incredible track record of growth and success, and positioned well to continue that trajectory, we are now looking for a business development leader to make a major contribution to the next phase of growth.

Our ideal candidate will bring an established set of strong client relationships with learning and development, leadership development, and coaching client buyers, and a proven track record of identifying and developing new and long-term client relationships. Our business development team helps potential clients understand our capabilities and strengths, supports clients in addressing their most pressing leadership and talent development needs, and ensures that our client engagements are delivered at high levels of excellence. We are a collaborative team helps and supports each other to be successful.

The business development leader will play a pivotal role in the success of our Executive Coaching Practice and in BTS’s overall success.

We’re looking for a passionate and compelling business developer who:

• Believes strongly in coaching and leadership development as key drivers to individual and organizational success.
• Embraces a growth mindset and is interested in continuous personal development and improvement.
• Brings a large network of existing strong relationships with senior HR and Talent leaders in Fortune 500 and similar companies.
• Has a track record of identifying and growing new client relationships based on trust, care, and delivering on commitments.
• Has a history of delivering at least $2M in revenue each year in leadership development services.
• Has built and sustained long-term client relationships with exceptional levels of client satisfaction over multiple years.
• Is a clear, concise, and compelling communicator.
• Has a strong work ethic with personal accountability for performance.
• Is humble, curious, pragmatic, entrepreneurial, a team player, and driven to succeed and contribute.
