Business Development Manager

Position Summary:
Amerit Fleet Solutions, one of the leading Fleet Maintenance companies in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Service Deliver Manager to support strategic accounts and join our growing team! The Service Delivery Manager position will maintain the Company fleet for maximum equipment life and minimal downtime. Coordinate, prioritize and schedule fleet repairs and inform customers of the progress of the work.

Compensation:
Competitive Pay - Paid weekly, every Friday! Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Determine the scope of the repair or maintenance work needed to be done.
  • Prioritize the work repair orders and communicate the information to the technician, fleet manager, and client
  • Create repair orders from client fleet drivers' reports and/or from external customer contacts.
  • Obtain information from the customer as to the requested or needed work.
  • Discuss repairs with the customer.
  • Record the appropriate information regarding unit/vehicle into computer system for work order.
  • Track customer trucks and give estimates on repairs needed.
  • Inform customer the state of the units.
  • Communicate work orders with client and observe workflow progress to ensure work is completed to specified requirements in a timely manner with the technicians and the fleet manager.
  • Work with client and 3rd party vendors to secure estimates, schedule work, and verify estimate accuracy versus actual work performed.
  • Ensure 3rd party invoices are accurate and complete.
Key Competencies and Minimum Education:
  • Minimum of 3 years of Fleet Maintenance/Management experience.
  • Familiarity with key vehicle parts
  • Ability to update and interact in fleet system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
  • Strong computer skills/phone/customer service/leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Must be multi-tasked oriented
