About the Role


ClickTime helps companies manage their most precious asset: Their team’s time. Historically, that mission has sold itself; most of our growth has been generated from a steady stream - if not flood - of inbound requests, trials, and demos. However, as we build a category-leading sales machine to achieve record-breaking growth, our outbound sales strategy has become pivotal. We’ve seen success while laying the groundwork and we are continuing to grow this motion. That’s where you come in. 


As an early addition to ClickTime’s growing outbound sales machine, you’ll play a role in executing on and iterating an outbound motion designed to win over customers in our target verticals. Reporting to our Director of Sales and working closely with our small team, you’ll generate new business opportunities by identifying prospects, executing email and phone campaigns, and creating lasting relationships. Responsibilities


  • Work with sales team to execute outbound sales strategy
  • Drive outbound sales activities (e.g. cold calling, lead generation, and lead follow-up)
  • Listen to business directors in operations and finance to understand their needs; effectively communicate how ClickTime can address those needs
  • Document details of communications with prospects, including use cases, purchase timeframes, budgeting, next steps 
  • Prioritize leads, and set up appointments/demos for Account Executives 
  • Manage and maintain pipeline of interested prospects 
  • Use CRM tools to help identify prospects, territories, and beyond


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and via email with an ability to carefully listen to mood, tone, and needs
  • Goal-oriented; record of overachievement in previous pursuits 
  • Curiosity. You love to learn new things and love to teach others about what you’ve learned
  • Technically adept 
  • Articulate. You’re able to explain complex concepts easily to any audience, whether it’s a five-year-old, a CEO, or your grandparent
  • Entrepreneurial. Excited to work in a high-volume, high-output environment while diving into research, to deeply understand who you're reaching out to and why
  • Prior successful sales experience is a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred


$50,000 - $60,000 a year

$80,000 - $90,000 OTE


A candidate's starting salary is dependent several factors, including the candidate's level of experience, the cost of market in a given location, and internal equity at ClickTime. The listed salary range reflects the fact that we are interviewing candidates from a wide variety of experience levels and locations.
