The Role:

We are looking for an eager, purpose-driven professional to join the Partnerships team as an Business Development Representative. In this role, you'll be responsible for new lead generation to ensure the Partnerships team has a strong, robust pipeline of opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in the world of diversity recruiting.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all roles are remote until further notice. This role is based in New York City or remote.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, social selling and email prospecting
• Deliver an exceptional experience to potential partners throughout the buyer's journey
• Adopt best practices when leveraging our CRM and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
• Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Sales Enablement to maintain and nurturing the team's existing pipeline of opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional or internship experience
• Demonstrated self-starter that is eager to learn and not afraid of taking no for an answer
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver on Jopwell's value proposition
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships that drive trust & credibility
• Strong attention to detail and execute with excellence mentality
