The Role:

We are looking for a purpose-driven sales professional to join the Partnerships team as an Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you'll be part of the Enterprise Pod which is responsible for creating, nurturing and winning new business opportunities with large employers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a measurable impact in the world of diversity recruiting.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, all roles are remote until further notice. This role is based in New York City or remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business growth by owning full-cycle sales, including outbound prospecting via email, social selling and cold calling
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Consult and guide potential partners through the sales process
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to potential partners throughout the buyer's journey
  • Adopt best practices when leveraging our CRM and sales tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively across our Client Success, Marketing and Product teams

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably with enterprise-level closing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver on Jopwell's value proposition
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships that drive trust & credibility
  • Ability to build consensus across various stakeholders to win business
  • Strong attention to detail and execute with excellence mentality
