We are looking for driven and aspiring sales professionals to be the initial introducers to Endava’s services through engaging with new prospects via various communication channels.
In addition, you’ll become a trusted industry adviser by providing feedback and insight from the verticals Endava works in to support other business units to contribute to Endava’s growth.
Alongside this, you’ll be supported by sales leaders through our Sales and Marketing (SAM) academy to fast-track your skills and capabilities to move into a senior sales position.
Each BDR will receive regular ongoing support and a clear progression plan to enable a move into a business development manager role, where you will be responsible for your own sales opportunities and potential line manager responsibilities.
The SAM academy has been critical to Endava’s growth with numerous people success stories and therefore we are continually investing in the team to support our people development agenda.
