We are a Super Food based Healthcare company, founded by IIM-A & MDI alumni and funded by Kalaari Capital. We have been helping our clients live a healthy life through diet/nutritional counseling and a wide range of effective superfoods. We offer customized natural solutions for a range of lifestyle diseases: diabetes, thyroid, cholesterol, heart issues, etc. As weight is the common thread between all the lifestyle diseases, the emphasis is on weight.

Please find the below JD,

  • Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
  • Understand client's needs and tailor products to meet client requirements.
  • Attend inbound/outbound sales calls for revenue generation
  • Achieve the periodic sales target
  • Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients.
  • Build rapport with the client and create a potential pipeline for referral leads
  • Meet periodic targets for sales via referral leads
  • Conduct effective sales presentations for potential customers.
  • Maintain SLA protocols in day to day functioning
  • Consistently meet the quality parameters such as avg talk time, working hours, evaluation score etc
  • Maintain high evaluation scores in the sales audits
  • Timely completion of daily tasks assigned
  • Ensure to call the clients at the allotted appointment slot.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Inside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
