The BizOps-Data team helps Bluecore use data to make better decisions, solve customer problems, and grow our business faster. Our mandate is to make data Bluecore's biggest competitive advantage. We are committed to building a world-class data function by growing a skilled team and using the best modern tools and process (e.g., dbt, Hex).
We're looking for someone to push beyond traditional methods of delivering data and instead create actionable knowledge in innovative, scalable ways. You strive for transparency, elegance in the code you write, and process excellence. You take pride in performant, intuitive solutions and are always a trusted partner for both technical and business-side teammates.
In this role, you'll partner with Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists to deliver information to our business and clients. You'll have access to amazing tools in the modern data stack such as Hex, Looker, dbt and Hightouch. You'll design client-facing reporting, analysis and alerts that will help drive high-level decisions at major global brands. You'll be a key support to Bluecore's growth by showing how Bluecore's products can drive incredible value in our clients' eCommerce operations.
