Business System Analyst

The Opportunity:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be a member of our Digital Transformation Team within the Operations Group. The Operations team supports and executes strategic priorities by providing project services and strategic production support. Particular focus also includes continuous improvement of systems and processes, user documentation, training, coaching and change management.

In this role, you will:

• Provide superior customer service as primary Level I Application Support (Bullhorn for Salesforce).
• Partner with Learning & Development and host recurring system training for all new hires
• Increase adoption and best practices of key systems by creating, leading and maintaining system training agendas and calendars.
• Develop and host Bullhorn for Salesforce Level I and Best Practice Training sessions.
• Provide deskside on the Job shadowing and coaching to improve system adoption and effectiveness and share best practices.
• Execute assigned internal audit activities to mitigate risk, evaluate the effectiveness of controls, identify ineffective practices, and increase system and process adoption.
• Create and maintain user documentation and collateral for assigned functional areas/projects.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce-based reporting; and
• Participate as a project team member on assigned executive-sponsored projects and initiatives that involve process and technology improvements.

• Excellent written and oral communication ability.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior SalesForce system usage.
