Business Systems Analyst III (Bankruptcy/Cash)

SUMMARY

Documents technical and business requirements and translates them into solutions for Black Knight’s MSP development. Serves as a liaison between the product owners and the information technology organization from project inception through implementation to provide customer-centric solutions that solve business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Captures business needs and translates them into business requirements including application integration points, technical design, that are then consumed by development and support teams
Participates as a direct internal resource for questions pertaining to new application functionality before and during UAT and provides support as needed
Assists with the creation of release notes and implementation documentation
Creates project artifacts as needed and conducts a variety of test cases to confirm the solution will meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders
Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Requires 6+ years of MSP bankruptcy/cash experience
Mortgage servicing expertise (bankruptcy, cash)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of Black Knight products, services, and capabilities
Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams
Ability to write and design functional business requirements
Understanding of testing and data mapping
Mortgage industry experience
Ability to organize requirements by features and user stories creating a backlog to be used throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a high-volume environment
