As a Business Systems Analyst, a large part of your duties will revolve around helping the organization decide how best to use its existing technology or integrate new ones into existing systems. You will be the translator between the business functions process needs and the Systems' Developers that will be building to those requirements. We expect this role to dig into the deeper 'Why' of the requests coming from the business functions, to get to the inherent reason for the requested change/new functionality and ensure that the output is built to meet the business' needs, in both the long and short terms, with efficiency, scalability and best practices in mind. This position is largely focused on Salesforce, but may involve other applications that are integrated to Salesforce.
