The Customer Support Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Customer Support team for Business Wire, ensuring that team delivers high-quality service to our clients, both internal and external. The Customer Support team fills roles in both technical and business processes and a good candidate for Customer Support Manager should be comfortable with both aspects. Responsibilities for this role will include setting clear performance goals, tracking and reviewing ticket correspondence, educating the team on new products and services, develop and modify customer service best practices for the organization, resolve customer inquiries in a prompt fashion, and collaborate with other departments to streamline cross-departments processes. The ideal candidate for this role should have an intense passion for client satisfaction, advanced multi-tasking capabilities, superb customer service skills and a strong drive for problem-solving.
