At A Glance:

The Buyer Coordinator is responsible for procuring inventory and expense material as defined by the business operations manager Sourcing & Procurement Supervisor. This position is eligible for a Buyer Coordinator II or Buyer Coordinator, Senior based on experience.

What you will do:

Demonstrate the H&P Company values: Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, Teamwork and Do the Right Thing.
Responsible for procurement of material as directed by the Sourcing & Procurement Supervisor and Business Operation Manager.
Accountable for the management of open Purchase Orders.
Handles the review and communication for material Estimated Time of Arrival to construction leads.
Responsible for daily material status reports.
Manages the daily Material Status of all outstanding material with warehouse contacts.

What you need:

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Thorough understanding of processes and timing of assembly schedule
Strong communication skills to coordinate and manage many details between vendors, internal customers, and managers.
Ability to coordinate time with an emphasis on assembly schedule.
Vantage database experience preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Suite

Not a must, but a plus:

Familiarity with Epicor
