Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to ensure adoption, retention, expansion, advocacy and overall success
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Strive to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Continuously uncover account needs and growth potential
  • Develop and execute on account/success plans
  • Engage customers on strategic and operational reviews
  • Present product roadmap to customers

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
