We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.Responsibilities:• Study the content trends and user habits of 30+ videos in the US, and explore the content and topics that can be templated• Onboard high-quality video creators according to CapCut needs and assist in building & managing large-scale template supply processes• Responsible for the daily maintenance, education, and interviews of creators; improving the quality of their videosQualificationsMinimum Qualifications:• Familiar with digital content eco-system/platforms and data analytics• Strong communication skills and content sensitivity• Good at project management, with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation• Fluency in English, both verbal and writtenPreferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree from any major• 3+ years of working experience in the content & creator industry,• Familiar with video editing and have an aesthetic sense on video creation• Able to proactively discover and solve problem• Experience working in an online collaboration environmentByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
