Business Operations Analyst
We are looking for a motivated Business Operations Analyst with a passion for organizing and impeccable attention to detail to join our team.
Skills
- Strong critical thinking and ability to recognize patterns
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and relationship building
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Ability to learn new platforms and tools
Responsibilities
- Maintain monthly reconciliation calendar and execute recurring tasks with other departments
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve Business Operations service board requests
- Act as a liaison between departments to swiftly resolve and document requests
- Support Finance team with client invoicing and monitor deliverables
- Maintain and track current client contracts efficiently
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas
- Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives for smooth conversion of sales opportunities
Education
- While a degree is preferred, it is not required
