Senior QA

We are seeking a talented QA Content/QA Lead who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to ensure quality comes first. In this role, you will ensure the quality for the game, features and art all up to standard for our game. Responsibilities:

• Ensure build stability by conducting thorough testing and identifying content bugs before release.

• Oversee smoke testing of team builds to verify basic functionality.

• Perform short-term confirmation of changes, ensuring new features and fixes work as expected and are properly closed in JIRA.

• Maintain long-term integrity of all systems and content functionality through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.

• Author unit tests in Ink to facilitate faster and more automated QA processes.

• Collaborate with developers to identify opportunities for automation and implement supporting tools and processes.

• Proficient in using JIRA, internal tools, Unity, Unity Analytics, GitHub, and potentially OpenAI.

Experience:

• Passionate fan of Interactive Fiction (IF) games.

• Native English speaker with experience in localization.

• Familiarity with various development environments and platforms.

• Strong technical skills to support the development of automation processes.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Artistic background and an eye for aesthetics.

• Interest and understanding of game design principles.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

• Experience with mobile and cross-platform development (web to mobile).

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA or related fields.
