Kymanox is hiring a Quality Specialist to provide direct internal operational support of the Quality Management System (QMS). The main objective of this role is to support senior Quality staff to effectively manage and maintain compliance of the QMS.
Responsibilities:
- Support internal QMS initiatives, including quality support of daily operations and continuous improvement of the QMS.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support QMS programs.
- Implementation and Maintenance of QMS
- Support and manage QMS programs such as:
- Training (Learning and Development)
- Deviation and CAPA
- Change Control
- Document Lifecycle Management
- Internal and External Audit support
- Other quality-supporting duties as required
Educational Background:
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience supporting a medical device and pharmaceutical QMS.
- Previous experience with quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and remediation.
Desired Aptitude and Skill Set:
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills and verbal/written communication skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership and willingness to learn
- Thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and dynamic work environment
- Ability to form partnerships with internal stakeholders
- Seasoned soft skills (i.e., high EQ)
- Technology savvy
Travel:
Up to 10% travel is possible.

The position will evolve over time and more responsibilities may be added. Since Kymanox is a growing company, there are opportunities for advancement both within the currently defined role and in other functions within the organization.
Compensation:
Base salary is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other intangibles evident during the interview process – as well as market conditions. Eligible for incentive program after 90 days of outstanding work.
