Posting Summary
Oversee the operation of Henderson’s Café to include: ordering of products, stocking shelves and coolers, customer service, working with vendors, cash register operation, scheduling of part time and student workers and meeting with direct supervisor and bookstore director on a regular basis to review procedures and product mix/sales. Ensure area is clean and well-organized. Training provided to use specialized equipment to grind and brew boutique coffee.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
High school diploma, computer skills to include data entry and knowledge of inventory control software and basic electronic cash register operation required. Ability to lift 75lbs, climb a small ladder and stoop to stock shelves.

Other Information
Work schedule could vary anywhere between 7am to 4:30pm weekdays, and some weekend hours
