1、负责与Fedex/UPS等尾程快递服务商对接，进行车辆资源调度； 2、对配送服务商运营质量进行监控和优化，确保履约时效和质量； 3、与仓库和快递公司之间协同，提升揽收及时率，确保包裹及时揽收； 4、协同快递公司处理客户投诉和售后理赔等工作，提升客户体验； 5、与仓库高效协同，提升上下游配合度，确保全链路运营更加顺畅； 6、负责配送服务商的对账和结算跟进，确保结算准确率和及时性。 1. Responsible for docking with Fedex/UPS and other tail-off express service providers, and arranging vehicle resources; 2. Monitor and optimize the operation quality of distribution service providers to ensure the timeliness and quality of performance; 3. Cooperated with warehouses and express companies to improve the timely delivery rate and ensure timely delivery of parcels; 4. Cooperate with express companies to handle customer complaints and after-sale claims, etc., to improve customer experience; 5. Efficiently cooperate with the warehouse to improve the upstream and downstream cooperation degree and ensure smooth operation of the whole link; 6. Responsible for the account reconciliation and settlement follow-up of the delivery service provider to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of settlement.

1、具备丰富的配送管理经验，最好有美国本土快递公司的任职经验； 2、有良好的沟通能力，擅长上下游协同；且具备英语和中文的读写及口语能力； 3、能吃苦，有创业精神，有开疆拓土的冲劲；有较强的快速学习能力和责任心。 1.
