Overview:As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Caliber Healthcare Solutions, you will leverage your extensive recruiting experience and deep industry knowledge to drive our hiring success. Your role will be pivotal in sourcing, screening, and securing exceptional talent across various roles and departments, employing a consultative and customer-focused approach. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for assigned positions, ensuring alignment with organizational hiring objectives.Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to optimize recruitment strategies and address staffing needs.Maintain regular communication with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a timely and efficient recruitment process.Develop and maintain a diverse talent pool through innovative recruiting strategies, including passive sourcing, campus recruiting, job fairs, military networks, and employee referrals.Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to attract high-quality candidates.Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Build and sustain relationships with educational institutions, attend career fairs, and participate in relevant career events.Engage with industry contacts, professional associations, and networking organizations to enhance talent acquisition efforts.Work closely with marketing and senior leadership teams to refine talent attraction and retention strategies.Perform reference checks and pre-employment screenings as needed.Fulfill other responsibilities and projects as assigned to support the talent acquisition function.Qualifications:High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.Minimum of 3 years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition experience.Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical recruitment practices.Proven ability to recruit across various organizational levels, with experience in high-volume and sales-related recruiting environments.Proficiency in Greenhouse (applicant tracking system) and Microsoft Office suite required.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.Energetic, highly motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing candidates and stakeholders at all levels.Self-starter with strong time-management skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.#J-18808-LjbffrOriginal job Talent Acquisition Partner posted on GrabJobs ©.
