A Johns Hopkins Patient Access Specialist II provides exceptional customer service while scheduling appointments and managaing inbound calls with patients and providers.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years related experience in medical office, hospital, or call center
Ability to work in a fast paced and structured, metric-driven environment
Excellent communication skills

A hybrid work status- 1 day per week on site in Baltimore City, 4 days work from home
Standard day hours, M-F 8-5, no weekends or nights
