Call Center Operator

Processes incoming, outgoing and internal calls; renders directory assistance to all callers; provides paging and telephone answering service for physicians and other staff members using the AmTelco computer system; monitors alarm systems; handles emergency calls.

Qualifications: HS diploma/GED; Windows experience required; good verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
