The Call Center Representative will process incoming and outgoing scripted calls to customers, follow up on recalls, dealer maintenance and dealership specials to provide an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Process incoming service calls
• Maintain database integrity by ensuring verification or capturing customer information
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals and call volume requirements
• Directs customer calls to appropriate department as needed
• Work in a team oriented atmosphere
• Perform other duties as assigned
