Location: This is a remote position based in the United States, with occasional travel required for client meetings.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between 75,000 - 130,000.

IDMs play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects at CAI. They work across content areas as well as all components of a project (tech team, operations, production, config, TDs, etc.). They are responsible for ensuring tasks are recorded accurately as well as ensuring the content teams have a full understanding of the scope of work for the projects. They maintain excellent relationships with clients. They also monitor the scope of work as well as client requests to make sure everything stays in balance.
