As a Crew Supervisor, you will oversee the work training of crew members who are behavioral health clients and may be entering or returning to the workplace. You will provide coaching and training on appropriate workplace language, behavior and socialization as well as vocational skills in janitorial and lawn services. You will also drive the crew to each customer work site, supervise and socialize with them until the job is completed, and manage all Pro-Touch work supplies. In addition, you will assist Avenida Apartments Resident Manager as needed and serve as a liaison to the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and other community partners.
What You’ll Need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license of at least 2 years and a clean driving record
- Willing to be trained in janitorial and lawn services
- Willing to be trained in working with people with disabilities or behavioral health issues
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Special Requirements:
- Must be able to meet and receive a criminal records clearance, as required by Title XXII
- This position requires frequent driving. A valid driver license, reliable transportation, current personal auto insurance as required by law,
- Must be able to pass post offer, pre-employment medical and drug tests as required under State Community Care Licensing regulations and/or agency policies.
- A personal cell phone with reliable service and, if applicable, a data plan to use for business purposes. Caminar will reimburse $45.00 per month for cell phone use.
- May be required to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
