Acxiom is seeking an ambitious and motivated Campaign Operations Manager to join the Marketing Information Management team. This role supports the fulfillment of targeted marketing incentive campaigns for a North American Retail Bank. The individual will work with the marketing team to understand campaign incentives and will assist with promotion execution, qualification, and tracking.
What You Will Do:

Serve as primary liaison with client Marketing Segment Managers, Decision
Management, and Risk to develop sound Business Requirements and work through
the business needs to ensure successful project completion -
Provide consultative support to client business partners in reviewing requirements,
offering suggestions, and answering inquiries -
Coordinate requirements and shepherd implementation across multiple technical
vendors and client internal technology teams -
Support projects and outcomes from multiple online and offline channels

Work with Acxiom Operations team to support successful campaign execution

Facilitate meetings keeping participants passionate about agenda and goals

Work independently, with strong follow-through, capable of owning and leading
projects from end-to-end
What You Will Need:

Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients

Technical literacy with ability to explain technical information and concepts to non-technical audiences

Ability to work seamlessly cross-geography and multi-functionally within an
organization to accomplish objectives -
Acumen working in a technical environment to solve business-related problems

Minimum one year SQL and Campaign Management experience

Experience with Direct Marketing of credit card offers and understanding of legal
and regulatory environment -
