Campus Development Coordinator

The Campus Development Coordinator primarily supports the Campus Development office and the CGL of Campus Development.

The Campus Development Group consists of three teams: Central Host Team, Central Operations, and New Location Development. There three teams work together to further the mission of Life.Church.

This role will support P-card and budget management, manage the calendar and inbox for the CGL, and coordinate group meetings and activities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage inbox and calendar for CGL Campus Development.
  • Communicate on behalf of the CGL and team.
  • Manage travel arrangements and provide support for the CGL by booking flights, reserving hotels, coordinating transportation, creating travel itineraries, and running occasional errands.
  • Assist with the coding of team P-cards and processing of all invoices for department.
  • Answer and follow up on emails and phone calls regarding general inquiries and outside requests.
  • Coordinate, attend, take notes, and record action steps for all team meetings or other specific meetings for CGL.
  • Assist in the development of the annual budget and strategic team planning.
  • Coordinate group meetings, activities, and other development opportunities, managing scheduling and communications.
  • Manage external requests from churches and coordinate visits as needed.
  • Coordinate celebrations for Campus Development team staff work and personal milestones (birthday, anniversary, retirement, etc.)

Skills Needed to Succeed

  • Ability to resolve conflicts, make independent decisions, and maintain composure during stressful situations.
  • Maintain flexibility and initiate processes and projects while exemplifying a high level of customer service.
  • Effective at multi-tasking, time management, and follow-up to meet committed timelines.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong guest relations and hospitality skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 12 months of related work experience.
