In this vital role as a key member of the Commercial Data & Analytics (CD&A) team, the Administrative Coordinator (AC) you will be primarily responsible for complex administrative support activities supporting Executive Directors for CD&A. CD&A is a broad organization with a singular vision to develop Data & Analytics capabilities across Global Commercial Operations (GCO), support a cultural shift towards expanded use of advanced analytics, and drive prioritization of high value work. This role will work closely with the other Administrative Coordinators and Executive Assistants within GCO.
The AC’s administrative work assignments will be complex in nature requiring absolute discretion and confidentiality, as well as considerable tact, judgment, creativity, and initiative in resolving issues. The AC must also be able to manage multiple priorities in a continually changing environment.

Basic Qualifications:
Associate’s degree and 2 years of administrative experience
OR
2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 4 years of administrative experience

This position will be paid on an hourly basis. The annualized base pay range for this opportunity in the U.S. is $68,637 - $85,841.
