We are looking for an operations whiz as our Campus Partnerships Manager who will be a core member of our student acquisition function, playing an essential role in communicating our brand and growing our base. They will be a master communicator who is passionate about helping people elevate their careers and Rise up. You’ll be joining a small, fast-growing startup where you can focus on your personal and professional development as we expand how people think about the future of work.

Expectations and Deliverables

• Be Rise’s voice at college campuses!
• Develop strategies and workflows to enhance on-campus initiatives e.g., networking events, tech talks, panels, information sessions, career fairs, targeted events etc.
• Drive execution of our campus program including program design, features, events, and recruitment strategy
• Define metrics to ensure success and satisfaction
• Demonstrate aptitude and initiative to solve complex issues with the utmost integrity in a dynamic and unstructured environment
