Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate client information.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate and participate in sales meetings and presentations for potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or customer service roles, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
  • A self-motivated individual with a desire to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
