The Role

As our Founding Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving our growth strategy by owning the entire outbound sales motion. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of the sales team, working directly with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy and close deals with key decision-makers in the TA space.

You’ll be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with Heads of Recruiting Operations and Talent, building strong relationships with recruiting coordinators and recruiters along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target key prospects through personalized email campaigns, cold calls, and social selling.

  • Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions that demonstrate the value of candidate.fyi’s tools.

  • Customer Education: Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, educating them on how our platform streamlines recruiting workflows and improves the candidate experience.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure feedback from prospects informs our product roadmap and messaging.

  • Process Optimization: Help establish sales processes, tools, and best practices to scale the sales team as we grow.
