The Role

We’re seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer (Frontend-Focused) to join our fully remote team and help take our platform to the next level. What You’ll Do

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Develop and maintain backend services with Python and Django to power new features 

• Work on AI-driven features, exploring how technology can revolutionize hiring and talent acquisition at leading companies.

• Take ownership of projects from ideation to deployment, maintaining high-quality standards throughout.

What We’re Looking For

• 0-3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a focus on frontend development.

• Experience React and Next.js to build scalable, performant applications.

• Familiarity with Python (Django a plus) for full stack development needs.

• Experience using AI tools (like GPT, Cursor, and others) into your development process to enhance the platform and your workflow.

• Excitement about working on AI-driven features and exploring how AI can transform hiring processes.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional team.
