Channel Partner Manager - India

Canonical is looking for a Channel Partner Manager to join their growing Channel Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategy, recruiting new partners, and driving channel pipeline through recurring interactions.

Skills

Bachelor's level degree in a technology field
Experience in software or technology sales
Fluency in English
Strong sales track record
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Effective negotiating and closing skills
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Experience in working in globally distributed teams

Responsibilities

Develop and execute channel strategy for distributors and resellers
Increase awareness of Canonical in Open Source and Cloud
Identify and recruit new potential partners
Guide partners through onboarding and enablement
Drive and manage channel pipeline through recurring partner interactions
Maintain regular contact with priority resellers and distributors

Education

Bachelor's level degree in a technology field
