Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications
Create business requirement documents (BRD’s)
Document and explain problems and work to resolve technical defects
Analyze, develop and propose enhancements to business processes
Assist in conducting customer interviews and producing meeting summaries
Produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
