Principal Consultant - UX Architect

Capco is a global business and technology consultancy focused on financial services. We are seeking a User Experience Architect who will be responsible for developing the structure and flow of digital solutions for our clients.

Skills

Strong UX and interaction design principles
Proficient in UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS)
Excellent visual design aesthetic
Agile software delivery methodologies
Self-supplied curiosity in new technologies

Responsibilities

Create user flows, sitemaps, and wireframes defining product experience.
Collaborate with CX and product teams to establish user interactions.
Modify user flows based on feedback from UX researchers.
Support experience definition through early-stage deliverables.
Gather requirements from clients and end users.
Identify new features for the product(s).

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
ISTQB certification preferred
